Born in Ukraine, I embarked on a journey to the United States in 1986, determined to embrace the opportunities that lay ahead. Upon my arrival, I dedicated myself to mastering both English and American Sign Language, overcoming language barriers with perseverance and dedication.
I am a proud graduate of Baruch College, where I earned a degree in accounting, honing my skills in the world of finance and business.
Beyond my professional achievements, my greatest joy comes from my family. I am blessed with seven wonderful grandchildren who bring endless happiness to my life.
My story is a testament to the power of determination, education, and the importance of family bonds. I look forward to sharing more of my experiences and connecting with others on this incredible life journey.
Co-founder and COO of DHIS since 1996. Graduated Gallaudet University with a Bachelor's degree and Master's of Social Work from Hunter College, specializing in Community Organization and Planning. Dedicated organizer with a passion for making a positive impact on the lives of the deaf community.
Whether shooting hoops or following the latest NCAA and NBA games, basketball is a lifelong love, and staying active and enjoying friendly competition on the pickleball court.
An avid traveler who seeks adventure and cultural experience around the world. But NYC offers all that, so I am good where I am!
